Farrington, an award-winning author known for his Spinners trilogy, enjoys exploring old forts, deserted islands, jungles, and caves. He fills his novels with blockade runners, sharks, pirates, and terrorists. Several of his novels won the Shreveport-Bossier Regional ADDY awards.
