Linda Loegel’s first attempt at a novel produced Willard Manor. Leaving Mark is a prequel to that book, and was just as much fun to write. She has authored: If You Don’t Like Worms, Keep Your Mouth Shut, Diversion Press 2011, a memoir of growing up in a small town in Vermont in the 1940s, Bumps Along the Way, Lulu Press 2010, about a six-week cross-country trip with her husband, Fred, Willard Manor, CreateSpace, 2014, a novel about a fictional house built in 1840 and the generations of the same family that lived in it for one hundred seventy years, and The Cranky Seniors Series on Kindle. She has been published in Country Woman, Yesterday’s Magazette, Good Old Days, and The Vermont Standard. She loves her three grown children and living in the country where she can watch the bluebirds and deer that share her property.
