Champion of Lost Causes is a fictionalization of real events from the days of my 70s Los Angeles band, Silverspoon, where I rubbed shoulders with some of the most influential music icons of the era. I observed the exhilarating highs and devastating lows in the lives of band members and knew the colorful characters that risked that perilous journey.
