Harry Flowers has over thirty years of IT experience, almost half of which has been in IT management. As an individual contributor, he has been a software developer, systems engineer, project manager, and infrastructure architect. He has managed all aspects of IT but is usually focused on infrastructure technologies. Earlier in his career, Harry had been published as an author in technology certification study guides. In 2014, he returned to writing with Eradicating StupidITy: A Handbook for Smart IT Management. This book is the second in his management-level series.
