William is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, Mo. He obtained his Master of Science degree in IT/ CIS from Quinnipiac University and is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s OPM program and an HBS Alumnus. William sits on the board of directors of the North Texas chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). He also serves as the chairman of the board for the Employers Council on Flexible Compensation (ECFC), the industry’s leading nonprofit organization dedicated to the advocacy, education, advancement, and innovation of tax-advantaged benefit programs. William currently is the CEO of Ameriflex, a Healthcare-focused payment processing company. He is married and has two young children.
