Yes, nature is often cruel, has no heart, and is ruled by raw instincts. The female black widow spider protects and cares for her young, but the male is expendable. After he serves his purpose, he is killed and then eaten. That’s the way it is with the female of this species.
No, this story is not about a female black widow spider. It is, however, about a woman that has some of the same attributes of this dangerous and dreaded arachnid. It is a story of intrigue, drama, murder, animalistic lust and bone chilling suspense! At first, her husband trusts her, but he shouldn’t have. He was lured into her clutches by her captivating and seductive charms. Yes, she looked good, very good, and he was drawn to her like a moth to a flame. But just like the female black widow spider, she may turn on him, and with cruel, unmerciful brutality! Will he escape her clutches in time, or will he just be another victim; the third husband that she has killed? Perhaps he will see her true colors before it is too late and escape - perhaps not. Therefore, step into her web of lies and deception if you have the nerve. Some have and they have never escaped her venomous bite. This is why I named this book "The Black Widow."
