God, Faith and Reality

My name is Sam Akowe, Managing Director of Life Choice Coaching. I am a qualified Life Coach, Mentor, and a member of The International Association of Professional Organizations (IAPO) and abides by their strict codes of ethics. I have BA (Hons) Humanities (Behavioral Sciences) and Certificate in Counselling from a London University and College. I have over 15 years work experience supporting vulnerable young people and adults with diverse issues ranging from drug and alcohol misuse, ex-offenders and dislodged young persons in creating career paths through education/training and generally reconnecting with society. The last position I held was a Support Manager. I have also worked with individuals supporting them in dealing with their challenges and plotting new career paths. Before migrating from Nigeria 25 years ago to United Kingdom, I worked in the finance and legal industries for a combined period of 14 years. I spent 8 years working in the Foreign Exchange Department of a Merchant Bank in Lagos and before that, worked as a Legal Secretary in a reputable Law Firm, also in Lagos, for 6 years. Presently, I am a regular guest at a number of community television and radio discuss programs where I engage viewers and listeners on self-development issues.
