Hurley is a native of Saginaw, MI. He is the middle child of three children (Natoya & Tasha). He received his bachelors of science in Sports Management from Bowling Green State University. He also received his masters in administration from Central Michigan University. Hurley is an administrator at the World Outreach Campus church located in Saginaw, MI. He received his seminary training from Liberty Theological Seminary in Lynchburg, VA. He is married to Tanyika Coleman and together, they have three children. Hurley has a heart for ministry and for people. He is the founder and CEO of HJC3 Enterprises and helps churches and business all over the country on strategic planning and organizational structure.
