Born into a legacy of advocacy, Dr. Vilicia Cade is the youngest of nine children who survived the streets of Brooklyn, New York. She is the proud mother of Curtis. She has earned a Bachelor’s degree, three Masters’ degrees and a Doctorate in Education. Her service to public education extends across several states were she has been a successful senior level administrator and executive leadership consultant. Dr. Cade is unapologetic about her belief that a high quality education is a 21st century civil right. She is a contributing member of several civic, community, and educational organizations. Most notable are the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated, and Canaan Baptist Church. Her leadership is characterized by the kindness and humility she demonstrates toward others.
