Samuel Makes a Road

Peg Willis is a native of the Pacific Northwest. She has written ＂Building the Columbia River Highway: They Said It Couldn’t Be Done,＂ the story of the nation’s first scenic highway; and ＂Rise Above,＂ a novel set in the context of the Great Heppner Flood of 1903. Peg has taught reading and music for many years.
