The author, Gordon L. Ziegler, was born September 20, 1946 in Mount Vernon, Washington USA. He attended elementary schools in Western and Eastern Colorado, boarding co-ed high schools in Eastern and Western Washington State. He attended University in Eastern and Western Washington. He received a BS degree from the University of Washington August 21, 1987. He worked eight years for the Radiation Safety Office of the University of Washington as a Radiation Technician, and nine years for the Office of Radiation Protection for the State of Washington. He retired July 3, 1992 for a full time writing career. This is his 36th book to publish.
