Dagger is a monster. He’s thirteen. He was conceived to resurrect a bloodthirsty god exiled at the dawn of time; not exactly the kind of thing that makes people sympathize with you.
He is hidden in a guild of little thieves, where an albino girl is the only one who does not consider him a monster because of his red eyes. Then the good guys come to rescue him...and things seem to get even worse. They treat him like a prisoner, guarded day and night, but Dagger belongs only to himself.
Or so he believes.
Hidden among the dunes and the ruins of the desert, the enemy seems to be just waiting for the right moment to strike and take back what is his.
After all, what they all want is just his blood.
