Fallen Trees

Stan Finger grew up on a farm in central Kansas dreaming of becoming a writer. He made that dream come true, working as a veteran journalist for the Wichita Eagle newspaper in Kansas. A Pulitzer Prize nominee and award-winning writer, Finger is also the co-author of Into the Deep, a book about a flash flood on the Kansas Turnpike that killed six people in 2003. He makes his home in Wichita.
