Dr. Michaele Samuel grew up in Grenada-the Isle of Spice. She is an education executive, culinary enthusiast and food photographer. Her cooking is influenced by the delicious flavors and spices she experienced during her childhood, in addition to her travels around the world. Dr. Samuel hosts Michaele’s Menu, a contemporary cooking show that makes cooking easy, elegant and entertaining. She shows viewers how to infuse international flair into everyday cooking. She believes that anyone can become a great cook and make food look irresistible too! Dr. Samuel also authored Fusion Flavors, Delicious Colors, Being a Great Au Pair: A Practical Guide, My Adventure to the National Zoo and A Bright, Sunny Day at the Park. Dr. Samuel enjoys writing, international travel, gardening and entertaining her family and friends. She resides in suburban Washington, DC.
