Loons Of A Feather

One woman, two men, an inept fairy godfather in pink cowboy boots, a redneck fairy godmother on a Harley with a pair of lips tattooed on her ass, and a love-match in the making…what the hell can go wrong with that?

There are two kinds of matches in life—the kind humans make on their own, which succeed or fail depending on how much work they put into the relationship, and the “made in Heaven” kind that are blessed to last a lifetime.  Fairy Godmother, Delta Jane, must make a heaven-sent match for Shannon Burnett before the spirit of the child she is destined to have fades out of existence.

But Shannon has a serious dilemma.  She is attracted to two men—Michael Tanner who seems to be “another undependable cowboy”, and her high school boyfriend Jackson Miller who wants to pick up where they left off twelve years before.  It’s going to take all the creativity Delta Jane can muster to help Shannon grow beyond her pain to see these men for who they really are and make the right choice.

But there’s a ticking clock.  Delta’s brother, Bubba Ray, specializes in failed assignments.  His latest failure matched Shannon with a cowboy who was a four-time bigamist, reinforcing the abandonment she felt over her father’s death.  So Shannon has sworn off cowboys—just the kind of man Delta must match her up with once again.  So the project is now in serious danger, as is the life of the child destined to be born.
