Walter’s Ghost

Stephen Wheeler was born in London in 1952 and grew up in the East End. He was educated in Wales and Canada and has lived and worked in England, South Africa and Australia. He moved to Norfolk in 1984 where he lives with his partner in a village 25 miles north of Bury which he regards, with William Cobbett, as being ＂the nicest town in the world.＂
