Steve was born in Battlecreek Michigan on July 4, 1969. He joined the US Army and served during the years of the Panama invasion and Desert Storm. Steve has worked in Cancer Research at Johns Hopkins, been a land surveyor, a paramedic, herbalist, and an alternative health care consultant. Steve is the director of Nerd Rage News, an online magazine that offers news stories about things of interest to geek and nerd culture. Steve runs a health food store in Baltimore with his wife. It is the oldest health food store in the state of Maryland and contains one of the largest loose herb selection in the entire country.
