Synopsis
In ＂Survival of USA: Emergence of Unknown Defenders,＂ a massive terrorist attack breaks down the entire defense of the US capital, Washington, D.C. Led by the former chief of the SSIA and a retired Israeli air marshal, the attack is supported by a group of terrorists and corrupted government personnel known as ＂The Red Army.＂ The entire city is turned into a remote island, cutting it off from the rest of the country and threatening to trigger World War III.

Amidst the chaos, a Palestinian citizen named Anwar, who’s been falsely accused of terrorism, is thrust into the crisis situation along with some other prisoners. Having lost everything in a 2014 Israeli airstrike, Anwar and his fellow prisoners must rise up to defend their country against The Red Army and prevent global anarchy.

About Anwar

Anwar, the main character of the novel, is a Palestinian citizen who lost his family and home in an Israeli air strike in 2014. Accused of a false terrorism charge, Anwar was imprisoned for two years in the DC Central Detention Facility where he was physically and mentally tortured by the SSIA agents for extracting evidence against him. Despite lacking any tangible evidence, Anwar was still held captive, causing him to undergo a complete mental breakdown. Although he is recovering from his sickness, he is still traumatized by the experience.

Anwar’s story is one of tragedy and resilience, having lost everything he had before coming to the United States. He is emotionally scarred by the brutal attack and the loss of his family and country, and yet he finds the strength to carry on. The author portrays Anwar’s struggles in a way that highlights the inhumanity of torture and the impact it has on individuals.
