Rachel was born and raised in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Being a neighbor to the Amish, she found herself growing more and more interested in the people and culture, which is why she eventually started writing Amish romance fiction. Through her books, Rachel strives to present a fair and honest representation of a love (both platonic and romantic) that is both true to life and sweet. She hopes her readers enjoy her books.
