A Maine resident his whole life, Marshall Nash grew up in the small town of Pittsfield Maine. He currently resides in his lovely home state of Maine. He spent much of his youth playing sports and learning the art of bodybuilding. He started weightlifting as a very young impressionable seven-year-old boy, and barring a few moments in life, has not put the weights down since. Sports and fitness have always been his number one passion, which subsequently drove him down a path to become a nationally certified personal fitness trainer for a number of years now in adulthood. Through the years and many gym memberships, Marshall has collected a massive amount of knowledge on the subject of health and fitness. His mission is to share as much of that knowledge as possible with the world; and to educate as many as he can on not only what to do, but also on the avoidable mistakes that are made time and time again that hold individuals back from attaining their gym time goals. Marshall is a devoted father of two; daughter Kenzie and son Mikie. He has many interests that extend beyond health and fitness, one of them spending time with his children, family, and friends. A lover of people, Marshall continues to educate people through consultations and is in hopes of being an inspiration for what can be accomplished through willpower and dedication to one’s goals in the gym, and in life.
