Dr. Tanya Seagraves-Robinson is the President of Essential Intelligence LLC specializing in Emotional Intelligence (EI) training, assessments, coaching and Contracts Management. Tanya has a Ph.D. in education leadership from Florida A&M University and a Master’s in Public Administration from Troy Regional University. Chet Hall is a Management Consultant, Strategic Planning Professional, Human Behavior Enthusiast, Volunteer Business Coach and Mentor. Chet earned his BS in Management Information Systems from The Florida State University. Both Tanya and Chet have over 75 years of combined experience in private and public sectors. They spend their spare time volunteering in the community and serving on non-profit Boards.
