Kendra Dublin is a native of Raleigh, North Carolina. She was raised in Raleigh, and was baptized on April 11, 1998, at South Central church of Christ, formerly Rochester Heights. Kendra graduated from William G. Enloe High school in 2004, and continued her education at North Carolina Central University. Fast forwarding to 2016, while on a trip to Jamaica, Kendra wrote eight poems and three songs. After sharing them with her brother, he asked her, "So when is your book coming out." She replied, "I’m writing a book, I’m going to do it!" Kendra wanted it out by April 2017, but God had other plans. She hopes that her journey of alcoholism, to being able to trust God fully, will inspire you to do the same. God’s perspective for me, is God’s perspective you!
