Babu George holds a doctoral degree in management studies with a focus on services management and marketing. He has undergone substantial post-doctoral training in interdisciplinary issues that touches upon various social science areas. He has got more than fifteen years of university teaching - research - higher education administration experience (ten years, post-PhD), in the US and internationally. Currently, he is associate professor of management at Fort Hays State University. Previously, he taught at the Swiss Management Center University, University of Nevada Las Vegas, University of Liverpool, Alaska Pacific University, University of Southern Mississippi, and Pondicherry University. He is the editor of International Journal of Qualitative Research in Services (Inderscience). He serves on the governing-advisory boards of multiple nonprofits working in the social sector, located in various countries. He is a passionate observer of the complex dynamics of creative destruction that makes ’idea innovations’ possible.
