Spiritual Approaches to Healing Addiction

Kevin G Stephenson is a Roman Catholic convert born in London England of Jamaican heritage. He is married and a father of six children and seven grandchildren. He earned a B.A. in Political Science from Montclair State University, a Masters of Divinity and a Masters of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Oral Roberts University. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor within the State of Oklahoma. He is also a Board Certified Chaplain and Pastoral Counseling through the College of Pastoral Supervision and Psychotherapy. He currently works full time as a staff hospital chaplain. He also provides Continuing Education Workshops for mental health professionals. He is President of the Association of Catholic Counselors a resource group for Catholic professional counselors. He has accumulated over 12 years’ experience offering pastoral care and counseling services within inpatient and outpatients medical settings.
