Hugo Daems studied Law, Politics and Business Administration in European Colleges and Universities. He attended also the University of California in Berkeley and earned his MBA degree in International Business and Finance. After graduating he found employment with the international finance divisions of several major companies and held positions as controller and lead project planner. He has more than 40 years’ experience in this field. In 1980 he founded H.E.A.D. CONSULTING, Inc. a Management Consulting company. He developed the "WHATIF? System", a business management program for sensitivity analysis. He invented and created the "Strategic Planning Graph" for project optimization studies. His recognized authority gave his company the opportunity to fulfill many important assignments for projects in all Continents. Joe Brisbin studied Computer Science in California Colleges and Universities. He attended California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo and earned his BS degree in Computer Science with a minor in Business. He is fluent in multiple programming languages. His university senior project was the design and programming of the automatic sensitivity program for the "WHATIF? System". After graduation, he wrote the computer program to create the "Strategic Planning Graph" for the "WHATIF? System". His professional areas of experience include full life cycle development and management of software, hardware, and systems engineering. He has more than 40 years’ experience in programming systems from mainframes to personal computers.
