Taylor founded Lighthouse Ministries in Aurora, CO in 2003. Since then, Lighthouse, a growing and vibrant multi-generational, multicultural non-denominational church boasts branches in Cape Girardeau & St. Louis, MO. Taylor influences business leaders through focused Bible studies and prayer groups targeting those in leadership. These weekly gatherings known as The Tree Christian Business Network equips leaders to use the Words of Christ in their business and personal lives.
