Bones of Truth: Small Town Cold Case

E. Randolph Underwood is a native of Salem, West Virginia, and a retired civil engineer now living in Martinsburg, West Virginia, with his wife Cathy. They have one daughter, Elizabeth, who currently resides in California with her husband, David. Mr. Underwood has authored one previous book, Train Whistles and Other Distant Memories, which was published in 2016 and contains memories of growing up in small-town West Virginia.
