Hayes is the former associate dean of the Babcock School of Business at Wake Forest University and the coauthor of The Belief System: The Secret to Motivation and Improved Performance.

Michael D. Comer holds a doctorate in organizational leadership and has studied the link between passion, calling, and leadership behaviors. He has consulted with, developed leaders for, and managed change in organizations such as the Federal Express, ABB, Volvo, Westinghouse, Burger King, and Gulfstream Aerospace. Formerly a leader in the change-management division of Andersen Consulting (Accenture), Comer joined the Hayes Group International in 2000.
