Micheal Parkes, a humble, energetic, self-motivated, goal oriented and God fearing is some of the words that best describe this author, who grew up in humble beginnings from a community called ＂Parkes Road＂ where he was raised by his Grand Mother Iris Murphy and great Grand Mother Ethylene Murphy, cousins Trevor Thomas and Valery Murphy. it was during his childhood years he learned the importance of customer service and how effective it could be in business. Growing up with his grandmother he used to travel to the market with his Grand Mother who is a farmer to sell Banana, Breadfruit, Yam, and Grapefruit to her loyal customers, he noticed at the market that his Grand Mother ＂Iris Murphy＂ would sell most of her goods before the day even ended while other farmers did＂it, I wondered to myself what did my Grand Mother do to master such an art, I then realized it was her customized customer service, with her cheering smile that almost covers her cheek to her gospel singing that entertained her customers while shopping with her that put a smile on all their faces, it was then i found out the secret provide the best service experiences in order to create raving customers who will always look out for you.
