Coaching kids at **THEIR** level: The DO’s and the DON’Ts

Sterling Holmes has been coaching kids for over 25 years. His students range in age from age 6 to collegiate players home during the summer and holidays. He has gone from coaching teams to starting his own fastpitch softball business based out of Benson, NC. Sterling has such a passion for teaching kids and helping them attain their goals and dreams that he instructs 7 days a week now. His major accomplishments to date are helping 75 of his students obtain their goal of a college scholarship and 12 of his pitching students have won a National and or World championship in various softball tournament affiliations.
