Skye Bloo: A Giant Adventure

Skye Bloo is experiencing a very windy day, which means she is not happy. The angrier she is, the windier it gets. Maybe Skye is being teased at school for being the only giant among the human children. Maybe it’s the boys from the orphanage giving her a hard time. Or perhaps she’s on her journey to find a giant village, and everything keeps going wrong.Alternately, it’s sunny when Skye is happy. If she’s happy, she is most likely with her best friend, Lily. Although Lily is a human, and an especially small one at that, she and Skye are like sisters. Their friendship will be tested more than ever as they make their adventurous trek across exciting and terrifying new territory. They’ll learn just how important it is to keep Skye happy.

Melanie Poston is a full-time, home-schooling, mother of six. She began her writing career in 2009 when her first novel, Future Glimpse, was published. She studied at BYU-Idaho. Now Melanie lives in Greenleaf, Idaho with her family.
