Peggy Salvatore has been called ＂the SME’s SME＂ as a result of her work in the field of working with subject matter experts. She is a writer, author, speaker and training consultant who has worked with small, medium and large-sized companies to help them preserve valuable corporate assets. She is the author of two books on capturing corporate expertise. In addition to the book you hold in your hands, she also has published Working with SMEs: A Guide to Gathering and Organizing Content for Subject Matter Experts. She presents workshops on SMEs at training conferences, inside organizations and on webinars. Ms. Salvatore holds an M.B.A. with a specialization in economics and strategy from New York Institute of Technology magna cum laude and a B.A. in Honors Journalism (master’s level track) from Temple University summa cum laude.
