George Hirsch, Jr., has been cooking as long as he can remember and pursues cooking as a serious hobby. As a member of the Class of ’16 of the University of Georgia, he shared an apartment with five roommates for many of those years, making him a resident expert in the world of college kitchens. This experience prompted George to write The College Man’s Cookbook. The cookbook is co-authored by his mother Carrie Hirsch and the color photographs were taken by father, Butch Hirsch.
