Author Profile Louis Schlueter is a data processing professional who is retired from Unisys after 34 years of service and experience in the industry. He held various technical, system test, engineering, manufacturing-planning as well as programming and management positions. He wrote the initial software design specification for Report Processing concepts on which the BIS/MAPPER system is based. He was also one of the initial programmers of the system. He established the position and served as the MAPPER System Coordinator of the MSD MAPPER system in the Unisys Roseville, MN. plant. He was also instrumental in the development of the MAPPER system as a Unisys software product. He frequently consulted on the use of the system at Unisys user conferences, with Unisys marketing and at MAPPER system customer sites. He has written and had published numerous articles on MAPPER systems.
