Keith Messer, Graduated the Culinary Art Program of the University of Tennessee. He is currently living the dream. Working at Romeo’s Italian restaurant in Barboursville Kentucky as the head special event chef for the catering events for the restaurant. Romeo’s is a place of smiling service and incredible food.
