Ray B. Rogers grew up in Western North Carolina, principally in Waynesville, attended Mars Hill College, and graduated from the University of NC at Chapel Hill with a B.S. in Business Administration. He is married to Lucy Rogers and lives in Conyers, Georgia and Louisville, Mississippi. Ray has two sons, Bradford Rogers and Derrick Goldben. Until his recent retirement at age 86, Ray owned a State Farm Insurance Agency for over 55 years and was National President of State Farm Agents Association.
