史奈傑（Nigel Slater）

　　英國國寶，1958年生，是英國知名廚師與作家，被英國國家廣播公司BBC，譽為「英國國寶」！

　　他已出版過多本膾炙人口的暢銷書，包括經典的《Real Fast Food》、《Real Cooking》，以及獲獎無數的《Appetite》。他為《美麗佳人》雜誌與英國《觀察家報》撰寫叫好又叫座的專欄長達十多年，英國國家廣播公司著名的紀錄片影集「Arena」也拍攝他的專輯。
