Roanne lives in the darkness.

In the labyrinth, people exist without words or noise, trying not to provoke the beast down from the mountains. They communicate their fears and uncertainty in sign and whisper-it’s all any of them have ever known. Silence means life, and the dark is a good place to keep secrets.

Jamieson Wolf is a number one bestselling author-he likes to tell people that a lot-and writes in many different genres. He has been fortunate enough to win several awards for his writing, including the Best LGBTQ Book of 2019 from the Love Romance Café for his novel Love and Lemonade. His short story, ＂The Descent,＂ was included in the Prix Aurora Award-nominated collection Nothing Without Us. Jamieson is also an artist and has been fortunate enough to have his work hang in the Art Gallery of Ontario.

He lives with spastic cerebral palsy and relapse-remitting multiple sclerosis. Jamieson is a disability advocate who runs a blog called ＂Two Steps at a Time,＂ where he writes about what it’s like to live with CP and MS. Jamieson has also written pieces for the Spoonie Authors Network and has spoken on panels about disability and accessibility.

He currently lives in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, with his husband, Michael, and their cat, Anakin, who they swear has Jedi powers.
