Storming the Gates of Hell

Darkness has arrived!

               A sickening evil walks the land; a plague that threatens the very souls of men.  The books of Isaiah and Revelation both speak of a time when Satan would wreak havoc among God's children.  Could this be the terrible future mentioned in scripture?  Has God finally abandoned his people to the influences of Hell?

               Ancient writings speak of men who performed deeds larger than life, something sorely missed in the modern environment of the 21st Century.  Where are the men of courage and strength in today's world?  Are all champions relegated to times long past?  Is the hero spirit dead and gone, found only in mythical stories and legends?

               Out of the despairing darkness arises a new type of warrior, to fight on the side of righteousness.  It all begins with one imperfect young man, a David to slay the Goliath's of our time.  And, in much the same manner of King David, he also struggles to do God's perfect will against the forces of Hell.  But power is a potent addiction: A mental drug that can easily overwhelm even those with the best of intentions.  His heart may be that of a true protector, but will it prove to be enough against the designs of Satan?

               Now Lucifer has raised up his own champion, to walk amongst the children of men in the last days.  A sinister deceiver and master manipulator, who turns brother against brother and father against son.  Hell's own hero; a schemer who easily ensnares those who seek to serve the risen Lord.  A great plan is in place; a craftily constructed strategy, specifically created to destroy the next generation mankind.

               A great battle is about to begin.  It will start in one small town, where a hero's faith will be tested through the fires of adversity and heartache.  If the evil is not stopped, it will soon cover all the world in pain and suffering.  Success hinges on one special man.  An imperfect individual, who may be called upon to make the ultimate sacrifice to save the people he loves and to overthrow the schemes of Hell.  The fate of man's future lies in the hands of one... very flawed... individual.

               Unlikely heroes, unconventional champions, and a few normal people will all band together against the descending darkness, in a test of faith and trust that will expose their deepest fears and force each of them to ask: “Do I truly believe?”
