Dain is joined by his fiancée, Sam, a lady of no little abilities herself.  Equipped with one of the Four Swords of Faith, she is a force that has all the hellish hosts more than a little worried.  But several new additions have joined the fight as well, including the greatest and most experienced of all the Warriors of Light, Sir James Crowshaw.  The Forever Knight has traveled through time itself to stand at Dain's side during this crucial battle.  Along with DayStar, a reluctant messenger with less than helpful counsel at times, these heavenly few are all that stand in the way of Satan and his evil designs.  Working together, they must prevent Satan and his hosts from destroying a whole generation of children.  Unfortunately the price will be high and less than successful for many of God's chosen elite.
