I was born in 1946, making me one of the oldest of the Baby Boomers. Having studied some economics, I know all booms eventually cycle into busts. That repeating pattern does not limit itself just to the economy. It applies to people, too. I know. I know because I am now in my bust cycle, and I am smart enough to know my most productive, energetic, financially rewarding, and accomplishment-filled years are behind me. With the help of aging, a whole lot of my "want to" and "will do" has turned into "can’t do." Oh, I am not saying age has caused me to want to wind-up my life, but it certainly has caused me to wind-down my life.
