生命的意義的答案一定要是有過程的答案，

生命的意義的最後答案是任意，而這本書是答案的過程、論述及溫度。
這本書的內容有四章：
第一章是作者從國中開始思考到找到最後答案的過程。
第二章說明以前的人們因為找不到答案而承受了怎樣的難過與茫然。
第三章說明這答案真的是最美好、最強大、最幸福的最後答案。
第四章舉例了很多珍貴的美好、真實的溫度，把許多美好拼在一起，再度印證了生命的意義的最後答案果然是任意。
