Born and raised on O’ahu, Catherine Toth Fox is the editor of HAWAI’I Magazine. Prior to this, she was the food editor at HONOLULU Magazine and worked for 10 years as a newspaper reporter in Honolulu. She’s been a freelance writer and journalism instructor for 20 years--and recently published a children’s book. If she’s not writing, you can find her hiking, surfing or experimenting in the kitchen.
