“When, Lord, did we see you?” He tells us we will see Him--as the stranger, the hungry, or the naked. What if you were the stranger who met Him? Who would you be in the Gospel? You are there somewhere, we all are. Are you like Thomas when he was fierce in his love of the Lord or when the Apostle was filled with doubt? Are you like the mother of Zebedee’s sons wrangling to get her kids in the seats on Christ’s right and left? Do you identify with Martha when she complains to Jesus about Mary’s lack of help?
