Each book in the ReadySetGOREAD! series begins with a simple illustration and one sentence of text. As the book continues an additional new detail is added to the original illustration and a new sentence is added to the repeated text.

ReadySetGOREAD! books make learning to read words fun and easy for young children. Each book can be read in about 10 minutes and can fit into any schedule.

The ReadySetGOREAD! book are a TO/WITH/By design. The repeated text is easy for young children to follow as you read the books TO them. After hearing the book a few times, young readers are able to read along WITH the reader as the sight words are recognized at a glance. In time, the book can be read independently BY young children with the adult as the listener.
