Educating Business Professionals: The Call Beyond Competence and Expertise

Lana Nino is a co-chair and associate professor of business administration at Whittier College. Nino received a PhD in higher education from the University of California, Riverside. She is also a certified public accountant and teaches various courses in accounting and business ethics at the college. Nino’s research concerns include the institutional environment of business education, focusing on the professionalization of the field and advancing the students within it. She has previously published numerous articles on this topic.
