Producing Written and Oral Business Reports: Formatting, Illustrating, and Presenting

Dr. Dorinda Clippinger, member of the Association for Business Communication since 1999, earned business education degrees from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and Indiana University, Bloomington; taught information management in Western Kentucky University’s College of Business Administration; and managed titles and development teams at South-Western Publishing Co. before founding Penworthy Learning Systems, a consultancy for instructional materials publishers. As lecturer in management, Darla Moore School of Business, University of South Carolina, for 11 years, she taught professional communication, including report writing and presentation.
