作者簡介

Christina Wolfgram is a sit-down comedian because she rarely stands up. She has a Master’s in Professional Writing from USC and a prescription for Lexapro. A huge believer that daily creativity = a happier brain, she teaches writing workshops to help people find their voice. Christina founded Crying is Cool, a fashion store for stylish sensitives, and hosts Sobcast the Podcast, where she begs the question, "What even is mental health?" and chronicles her own journey with anxiety, depression, and the horrifying, hilarious reality of being human.
