Amidst the westward travels that were once characterized by hope, Azalea feels Florence’s absence in every sunrise. The small town of Winfield offers more than just an escape from the grief she runs from; it becomes a safe haven where Azalea can accept what has happened. Throughout a series of events, Azalea finds that life can be comprised of more than just being stuck in the past and that being happy does not mean abandoning the memories of her past life in Lorretta.
