He was a co-founder of this business, but his legacy was not just being the architect of building a global $130m and 1,200 people business challenging conventional wisdom in how you run a global advertising agency. His legacy was to create a company with superior performance paired with an exceptional culture. His global exposure during his career allowed him to get an inside view into many corporations big and small and experience the do’s and don’ts first hand. During the last decade he saw ever too often that "purpose" was treated more and more as a hype in either marketing, public relations or corporate social responsibility but not taken seriously enough to impact the entire organization which he believes is the only way to align strategy and action to build something that is profoundly stronger.
